From layout to finishing touches, your unit can be as modern, stylish, and move-in ready as you want it.

    Yes, you must already have your own land to place the container home. Island Imports does not provide land, so securing a suitable location is required.

    Ordering is simple! Here's how it works:


    1. Down Payment – 30%:
      Start your order with a 30% deposit. This confirms your purchase and begins production of your container home.
    2. Pre-Shipment Payment – 45%:
      Once your unit is fully completed, you’ll receive a live video walk-through with our manufacturer. During this call, you’ll see your finished container home, ask any questions, and confirm that everything meets your expectations. After approval, the second payment of 45% is due. Once received, your unit will be shipped to Jamaica. A tracking number will also be provided so you can follow your shipment throughout the journey.
    3. Final Payment :
      Once your container home arrives in Jamaica, the final payment is required before customs clearance and delivery.

    Payments are done by bank transfer, credit/debit card or through our financing partner.

    Shipping and customs clearance are already included in the total price.
    Note: Delivery and installation services are not included in the container price and is an additional fee. This varies based on location, site conditions, and specific setup needs

    The container home is constructed using high-quality, durable materials to ensure strength and longevity. The framing is built with heavy-duty steel for structural integrity. Flooring is finished with either PVC or SPC boards, offering both durability and easy maintenance. Interior walls and the roof are made from EPS panels or integrated calcium silicate panels, providing excellent insulation and fire resistance. Windows are crafted from aluminum for a sleek, modern finish, while doors are made of either aluminum or steel, depending on the design specifications.

    We can connect you with our trusted delivery and installation partners - Delivery fees depend on your exact location. To provide an accurate install quote, our partners will need to conduct a site inspection to assess the land and determine any necessary preparations.

    Production takes approximately 15–20 business days, and shipping can take 1–2 months depending on your location and customs processing.

    The kitchen comes with kitchen cabinets and a sink, while the bathroom includes a toilet, vanity with mirror, and a shower.

    Our homes are well insulated to help maintain cool interior temperatures, and we offer AC units as an upgrade. You can also install solar panels or energy-saving appliances to further increase efficiency.

    Yes, these container homes are hurricane resistant. They are built from heavy-duty steel, weighing over 3 tons, which makes them extremely durable and able to withstand strong winds. For added stability, they can be cemented to a concrete surface, providing extra protection during severe weather conditions.

    Yes, we offer the option to furnish your container home at an additional cost. We can provide a full range of furniture and decor to match your style and needs, making your unit ready for immediate use.

    Yes! We also offer commercial container units that can be fully customized to suit your business needs—perfect for salons, offices, retail spaces, pop-up shops, and more.

    Yes, our container units can be stacked or joined together to create multi-level structures or larger spaces to fit your unique vision.

    Each container home is custom-built overseas based on your specific design and upgrade choices, then shipped to Jamaica. This ensures you receive a unit that meets your exact needs and preferences.

    Yes, we do ship internationally; however, at this time we only have customs clearance and processing set up for shipments to Jamaica. For other countries, you’ll need to handle your own customs and import process.

    Our manufacturer offers a one year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that arise from structural integrity, such as problems with the frame, foundation, or major systems like plumbing and electrical within the first year. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear.
