    Our model unit is available for viewing at our showroom in St. Ann. Appointments are required to ensure availability and personalized service with our team. To book your visit, please contact us via Call or WhatsApp at (876) 584-2821.

    Yes, you must already have your own land to place the container home. Island Imports does not provide land, so securing a suitable location is required.

    A 50% deposit is required to place your order. Once received, we’ll finalize your design and begin production. Upon completion, you will receive detailed photos and videos of your unit for review. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.


    The estimated turnaround time is approximately 6–8 weeks from the order date.

    Yes, we offer bank financing through most major financial institutions, including Sagicor, Scotiabank, JN Bank, JMMB etc. to eligible applicants.

    The prefab units are constructed using high-quality, durable materials to ensure strength and longevity. The framing is built with heavy-duty steel for structural integrity. Flooring is finished with PVC or SPC vinyl boards, offering both durability and easy maintenance. Interior walls and the roof are made from EPS panels or integrated calcium silicate panels, providing excellent insulation and fire resistance. Windows are crafted from aluminum for a sleek, modern finish, while doors are made of either aluminum or steel, depending on the design specifications.

    Our homes are well insulated to help maintain cool interior temperatures, and we offer AC units as an upgrade. You can also install solar panels or energy-saving appliances to further increase efficiency.

    Yes, these container homes are hurricane resistant. They are built from heavy-duty steel, weighing over 3 tons, which makes them extremely durable and able to withstand strong winds. For added stability, they can be cemented to a concrete surface, providing extra protection during severe weather conditions.

    Yes! We also offer commercial container units that can be fully customized to suit your business needs—perfect for salons, offices, retail spaces, pop-up shops, and more.

    Yes, our container units can be stacked or joined together to create multi-level structures or larger spaces to fit your unique vision.

    Our manufacturer offers a one year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that arise from structural integrity, such as problems with the frame, foundation, or major systems like plumbing and electrical within the first year. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear.
